  1. Are you licensed and insured?

    The short answer is “yes.” We are licensed and insured. Including a contractors license, New Jersey home builders license and we are also a certified EPA RRP for Lead.

  2. Do you provide free estimates?

    We offer the hassle-free assurance of a free project estimate.

  3. What kind of work do you do?

    We specialize in a wide-range of projects that range from small home improvement tasks, to large remodeling projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, attics, and sun rooms. Custom building is also available from a new garage, home or large retreat centers. If you can think of it we can build it.

  4. Do I have to worry about contracting with electricians, plumbers, or carpenters ?

    We will successfully manage all phases of the project. As needed, we also work with trusted partners, who are licensed and insured.

  5. What about zoning and permits?

    We will acquire all of the necessary zoning requirements and permits that are needed to complete your project.

  6. Do you provide a warranty on your work?

    We do provide a warranty on any work that we perform.

  7. How long have you been in business?

    We have been in business for 30 years.

  8. Who will be assigned as project supervisor for the job?

    During the home repair project, the project manager as well as general contractor will work closely with you to ensure that project goals are met on-time and at the highest quality.
